We are receiving a high volume of requests to prescribe Mounjaro (tirzepatide) for weight loss. GLP1 receptor agonists such as Mounjaro are not currently available to be prescribed in primary care for weight loss. This service will be commissioned by the local Integrated Care Board and subject to patients meeting certain criteria.
